About ISNATT

The International Society For Nuclear Air Treatment Technologies was established with a purpose of fostering the development, production, and application of nuclear air cleaning devices and encouraging all aspects of nuclear air cleaning research.  It also supports the dissemination of technical information about nuclear air cleaning technology and its practical application.

Scope and Charter

The International Society for Nuclear Air Treatment Technologies was established with a charter in Columbus, Ohio.  ISNATT has continued the tradition of sponsoring the nuclear air cleaning conferences every two years, and publishing proceedings that include every paper that is presented.  ISNATT has as its primary purposes, as stated in its Bylaws, (1) fostering the development, production, and application of nuclear air cleaning devices, (2) encouraging all aspects of nuclear air cleaning research, (3) supporting the dissemination of technical information about nuclear air cleaning technology and its practical application.

ISNATT carries out its objectives by (1) supporting and participating in technical meetings and conferences and having nuclear air cleaning technology content through presentations of technical papers and exhibits of technical equipment, (2) the dissemination of technical information on nuclear air cleaning technology through the publication of periodic newsletters and other information, (3) active participation in the development of national and international consensus codes and standards applicable to all aspects of nuclear air cleaning technology and (4) engaging in educational activities designed to share nuclear air cleaning knowledge and experience.  ISNATT has funded research at various institutions, and provided scholarships to students for their individual development in the nuclear air cleaning area
